Our call centre operates out of recently acquired premises in Dublin, which has increased our call handling capacity to 360 incoming lines. This coupled with well trained, highly motivated operators and state of the art technology, enables Paddy Power Dial-a-Bet to deliver a fun, fair and friendly service where discretion is paramount.

Telephone betting is primarily a non cash operation where customers use their credit, or debit cards to fund the placement of bets. Cash can be deposited through any of our 233 shops across Ireland and England.
